What are NUYI Toys made of?
Our toys are made with Sustainable Guatambu Wood and High-density EVA Rubber. The EVA rubber adds color and allows us to make pieces with curves. The Guatambu wood promotes long-lasting and more durable toys. Some of our toys such as the NUYI Ride-On Toys also contains cotton and leather.
Why NUYI Toys are safe for kids?
NUYI Toys are compliant with all existing regulations, they hold the CE mark. From a technical point of view the use of high-density EVA rubber helps to absorb shocks, being at the same time a very light and resistant material. The Guatambu Wood is an extremely resistant wood, with a noble and warm essence. These materials are environmentally safe, encouraging children to use their imagination during play, avoiding distractions from lights or sounds.
What age are NUYI Toys designed for?
All NUYI Toys are designed for early childhood. Depending on the product, they are suitable from 9 or 18 months to 4 years old approximately. We like to think that, as they are the first objects our kids will interact with, we use non-strident colors and materials with different textures.
Are there instructions for mounting them?
All NUYI Toys are easy to assemble. Here you can find and download all instructions.
Inside your package you will find a printed copy of these instructions as well.
Where do we ship?
Shipping in the EU to the following countries:

For deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Also, import customs fees may be charged. We invite you to contact the customs authorities of your country in advance to check the costs and understand any import restrictions.

All orders are shipped with a tracking code, which you will receive by email as soon as the courier takes over your shipment from our warehouse.
How can I make a return?
If you want to change or return any of the products you bought in our online store, don't worry, everything has a solution. We only ask that you take these requirements into account:
